Returns & Exchanges We truly hope you love your new crystal companions! However, we understand that sometimes a crystal might not be the perfect match for you.
Change of Mind If you wish to return an item, we happily accept returns within [14] days of delivery.

To be eligible, the crystal must be in its original, untouched condition and packaging.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refund Method: To help you find your true crystal match, returns for "change of mind" will be issued as Store Credit (Gift Card), which never expires.
Damaged in Transit Crystals are fragile, and while we pack them with the utmost care, accidents during transit can occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at crystalbible@163.com within 48 hours of delivery. To help us smoothly file a claim with the carrier, please kindly provide the following:

Clear photos of the damaged item.

Photos of all packaging materials (bubble wrap, peanuts, etc.).

Photos of the exterior box showing any dents or crushing.

A clear photo of the shipping label on the box. Without these details, we may unfortunately be unable to process a replacement or refund.
Natural Characteristics Disclaimer (Not Defects) Every crystal is a unique gift from Mother Nature. Therefore, variations in color, size, shape, and internal structures (such as internal cracks, inclusions, or natural surface pockets/cavities) are completely normal. These natural birthmarks are what make your crystal one-of-a-kind and are not considered product defects or damages. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for natural characteristics.
